Remodel in downtown russellville

In Historical Downtown Russellville, Arkansas, Neumeier Plumbing was contracted to revive the plumbing of an abandoned space that was getting renovated for retail.

Once they saw the poor condition of the old cast iron sewer they brought Diamond State Trenchless in to rehab the existing main line without digging. We cleaned and relined some of the worst cast iron I’ve ever seen from our access all the way to the city main tie in.

In this case excavation wasn’t a viable option as half of the sewer ran underneath a dance studio and a traditional dig and replace would have shut them down for weeks. We were able to complete the work with only one day of restricted sewer usage and zero digging which means zero destruction of a historical building.
