LAKE HOUSE in LONDON

When a tree fell on this lake house in London, AR, the repairs exposed breaks in the cast iron sewer system outside of the foundation. Diamond State Trenchless was contacted to further evaluate the rest of the system that was under the slab home.

We discovered extreme scale build up along with multiple cracks and areas of the pipe that were missing. It’s safe to say they got every ounce of time possible out of these pipes.

Over the course of 5 days, we descaled and relined the main lines which repaired several massive holes where the sewer was draining under the home. We also applied epoxy spray coating to a few smaller lines that were heavily scaled but did not have cracks or breaks.

The result was long term repairs on 90% of the pipes under slab in the home with zero digging or compromising of the foundation.
